AMS committed to updating its Customer Agreement during the launch of its Producer Responsibility Organization in 2021.
The AMS Board of Directors recently approved updates to the Customer Agreement that incorporate feedback provided during PRO onboarding, consultation with customers earlier this year and our operational experience as regulatory requirements were clarified by the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority.
The revised Customer Agreement will automatically take effect January 1, 2023. The current Customer Agreement applies until December 31, 2022. No action is necessary by AMS customers.
