AMS provides required member 2020 data to RPRA

Automotive Materials Stewardship today made information disclosures to the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) that include member-specific data.
RPRA sent AMS a Notice of Compliance Requirement to provide data on “the kilograms supplied in 2020 for each material category – Antifreeze, Oil Containers and Oil Filters – disaggregated by steward including steward name.”
AMS is required to comply with the notice and Section 3.4 of the AMS Membership Agreement requires that AMS provide notice of disclosures to members.
AMS transfers all confidential and commercially sensitive data using secure methods. Members will be advised of any additional disclosures of their confidential information that may be required by RPRA.
